The Gridfinity standard was first released by a cyborg named [Zack Freedman](https://www.youtube.com/@ZackFreedman) and its been wholly adopted by the open source community since. Fundamentally its a grid organisation system based around a 42mm square grid but people are using it in all manner of different ways, myself included. You can find more on the standard [official page](https://gridfinity.xyz/specification/), or by watching one of Zack's videos on it, his channel is linked [here](https://www.youtube.com/@ZackFreedman). I make frequent use of the [[Gridfinity Workbench]] within [[FreeCAD]] in a lot of my projects. It makes the design and implementation of compatible parts very simple and you should check the page out on here for more information if you're interested ([[Gridfinity Workbench]]). # Some Cool Images of Gridfinity Parts: ![[Easy Stage In Mesh Cover 1.jpg]] __Note: I'll add more to this as I get the time to photograph more of my work.__
