The Open Pump and Sprayer are an open source syringe pump, nebulizer, and electrospray ecosystem. The design leverages low cost and decentralised manufacturing techniques combined with chemically resistant polymers to produce a piece of hardware able to preform at or beyond the standards of off the shelf and proprietary alternatives.

- Control PCB == Work in Progress, I'll be sharing a version of this thats easier to replicate soon. My internal prototypes all used STM32 processors running their HAL libraries. I'm going to make an RP2040 or Arduino Port soon.

# Digital Files
## GitHub
The primary repository for the project can be found on GitHub under the [Open-Sprayer](https://github.com/SGTHANKI/Open-Sprayer). It will always have the most up to date version of the project and any new forks/versions will be posted there first. This design was made in Fusion360 initially and its the main version you should download and print. I'm working on a FreeCAD port with better syringe and needle tip support, you can find those WIP files on the GitHub as well but they are as yet untested versus the fusion version which has been thoroughly tested.
## Printables
The project is also hosted on [Printables](https://www.printables.com/@Hungry_Hank_1776250) though due to its size CAD files are redacted, you will need to go the the GitHub for those unfortunately.
# Instructions
- There are several versions of the Sprayer system, an overview of these versions can be found under [[Open Pump and Sprayer Configurations]].
- You can find build instructions for the syringe pump stage under [[Syringe Pump Build Instructions]]
- The system is built to operate with the [[Easy Printed Stages]] project also documented here.
- It bolts to a 20x40 aluminium extrusion but a printed base alternative is on the To-Do List.
